This course will ensure technicians understands both the application technique from the fundamentals to the advance approaches of this classic. As the demand of lash technicians increases we are needing more Quality technicians for the treatments once the classic method is completed the basis of volume will be taught as an overview of the session with the following structure.
 
Combining theoretical and practical aspects, that ensure students confidence of application knowledge is fully understood. Presented via a series of presentations, workbooks, interactive conversations and hands on demonstrations.
 
The Classic 1:1 Class
 
This course is for 1:1 Classic individual techniques focusing not only on the theoretical aspect but the practicality of skills as well. Students be sure to learn and understand how to apply lashes with confidence through a series of presentations, interactive conversations and practical hands on demonstrations.
 
What is 1:1 Classic Lash Extensions

This is the technique that all lash technicians must master before going onto the next lash workshop. It is individually applied eyelash extensions one-on-one on each individual lash strand. Learn the accurate lash separation and ways the get perfectly straight lashes that redefines the eyes and lengthens the lashes to perfection.
 
What is Volume Lash Extensions
 
The Volume lash technique is an application method that allows for a full look to be created on the eyes. Also known as 2d, 3d,4d etc up to 16d, Russian volume, XD Lashes which is known to be originated from Russia. 
 
The full volume look is created with the use of multiple ultra fine lashes applied on the natural lash (finer and more delicate than the classic one to one lash application).
 
A 'fan' which could be handmade or pre-made using 0.07m, 0.05m or 0.03 m thickness lashes to form a perfect lash fan shape, is dipped once into the adhesive and paced on the natural lash. This creates a fluffy, volume, filled look that Classic 1:1 extensions are unable to create.
 
This Technician requires a high level of skill which, exceeds that of the Classic 1:1 technique. It is an advanced technique that artists can only master if they have the skill of Classic 1:1 in place. 
 
This technique is suitable for clients: 
A. that have fine lashes.
B. for clients wanting more of a dramatic outcome. 
C. for eyes with minimal lash strands.
D. for clients that require lash spaces to be fill their spares natural lashes
E. clients that want darker, fuller and fluffier lashes
The super fine lashes used in volume extensions must be applied with precision to ensure the safety and health of your eyes/lash is the main focal point. Even if it is more dramatic each professional certified technicians must ensure that the weight will not effect the growth cycle of the lashes allowing comfort of wear with the skills taught by a true lash Master.

Two day training is done with classic and volume modules

Class is normally run on the weekends or booked prior to confirmation
 
** Students must complete their case study which are the before and after images of their work with 5 types of Classic lash extensions to be able to sit for the review or the exam days. Some courses included the review and exam days as a complimentary section but some courses require a $300 payment to get the review. Even if the student has completed the one/two day class they will first receive a course of completion. If after the first week to the 6 month mark they would like to get their work reviewed this review and/exam day can be booked to get their work assessed and a new certificate with TLBB approval will be received. We are not an RTO and trainers are only providing the knowledge from experience and being a TEA holder for Training and Assessing. 
- Course must be booked and paid for in advice

- After the class it is the student responsibility to advance and perfect their skills under the outline we have given and will not be liable for the students mishaps and will only provide a guideline to support to student to the process
- After class advice is given on all case studies for students improvements 
- Case study myst be before and after will their eyes closed and opened with the types of eyelash extensions that is most suitable for each clients eye shape and face shape
- Please ensure that review and exam is only an addition to the above course outline and can be done 1 or 2 days after full case study requirements have been meet
